On a point of order, Speaker, the member for Kew has now been on his feet for more than 5 minutes and is reading us a dissertation. He has not yet mentioned anything to do with the four points of this matter of public importance, which are about school capital. He has not focused on school capital for one-third of his debate time. I would ask you to bring him back to the matter of public importance before the Chair.
